Jessica’s Philosophy
As a PhD trained occupational therapist with advanced training in nutrition, pelvic floor, and postural control, Jessica takes a client-centered evidence-based approach. She loves to dive into the research to find the best, well-tested approaches while keeping the individual client’s needs in mind. There isn’t one “right” approach to fitness and nutrition. There are many different ways to reach your goals and Jessica thrives on helping you find it!
Sean’s Philosophy
Sean’s philosophy can be summed up to KISS: keep it simple stupid! There is no reason to try every new exercise fad or switch up your workout every week. Results come from consistently putting in the work day in and day out at the gym. The key is trying to do better every week. Sean uses his knowledge about the body to help develop a program specific to you.
